Vocational Training
Our approach to vocational training involves explicit teaching of soft skills, encompassing communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and professionalism. Through structured workshops, interactive sessions, and real-world simulations, participants gain a deep understanding of these skills and learn how to apply them effectively in various professional settings.
Moreover, our program goes beyond theoretical learning by providing hands-on practical work experiences. Participants engage in group volunteer experiences, allowing them to contribute meaningfully to their communities while honing their skills in a real-world environment. Additionally, they participate in contrived work formats, where they encounter simulated workplace scenarios tailored to mimic common challenges and tasks encountered in real jobs.
Next Level Connections offers comprehensive Employment Services, providing personalized assistance in job searching, resume writing, interview preparation, and skills development. We facilitate meaningful employment opportunities through partnerships with employers and community resources, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce and continued success on the job.

Employment Services
1. Career Exploration: Providing students with opportunities to explore different career paths, industries, and job roles to help them identify their interests and strengths.
2. Work Readiness Skills: Offering training in essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and professionalism to prepare students for the demands of the workforce.
3. Job Seeking Skills: Assisting students in developing effective job search strategies, writing resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, and navigating job applications and interviews.
We offer a comprehensive Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program tailored to students aged 14-22, designed to equip them with the skills and resources necessary to transition successfully into the workforce. The program offers a range of vocational training opportunities and support services aimed at empowering students to achieve their career goals.
The overarching goals of Next Level Connections encompass various aspects of pre-employment transition, including:

5. Work-Based Learning Experiences: Facilitating opportunities for students to gain real-world work experience through internships, job shadowing, volunteer work, or apprenticeships, allowing them to apply their skills in practical settings.
6. Post-Secondary Education Planning: Guiding students in exploring post-secondary education options, including college, vocational training programs, or certification courses, and assisting with the application process.
Vocational Summer Camp
We offer year-round classes and camps to ensure continuous learning and skill development. The summer camps provided by the program are designed to be both enjoyable and educational, incorporating interactive activities, workshops, and hands-on experiences to help students build confidence, develop social skills, and acquire practical knowledge relevant to the workplace.
